Chemistry and Materials ScienceWe are conducting an academic study on consumer behavior among current and prospective students in Kazakhstan and are looking for volunteers to help collect 100 completed questionnaires (each intern). The questionnaire contains around 80 short questions and takes about 5 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and fully anonymous: no names, contact details, or other personal data are collected. Who can participate in the survey: – University students – College students – School students aged 18 and over who plan to apply to university – Young people on a gap year who plan to apply to university Tasks: – Share the online questionnaire link with current and prospective students in your network (group chats, student communities, social media, relatives) – Explain the purpose of the study briefly and let respondents know that participation is voluntary, anonymous, – Help reach the target of 100 completed responses within two weeks What you gain: – Practical experience in survey-based data collection for academic research – Understanding of research ethics, including voluntary and anonymous participation – DANA Connect certificate upon successful completion - 20'000 KZT for the set of 100 completed questionnaires. Click “Get Started” in the menu → fill out the form: name, email, password, photo (optional), position and university. During registration, you choose a role — mentor or mentee.
A mentor shares expertise and takes an intern into her project. A mentee learns and grows under the mentor’s guidance.
Go to the Mentors section in the menu — you’ll see cards of all mentors on the platform with their specialization and university.
This is where real research projects are posted — you can take part in them.
Open the Research section → choose a project → click Apply.
Available in three languages: English, Russian, Kazakh — switch using EN / RU / KZ in the top menu.
Yes — there is a Projects tab in the menu, a separate page for community projects.
When you click Apply — you see the mentor’s contacts (email / Telegram / WhatsApp). Then you write directly and all project communication goes through these channels. DANA Connect is an entry point, not an intermediary.
To receive a DANA Connect certificate, you need to register on the platform, complete a joint project (with a mentor or mentee), and then send a 1-page PDF report to danaconnectkz@gmail.com describing the project, linking to the results, listing participant names, and including the mentor’s signature. After review, the certificate is issued to both sides.
